I have built a building with a felt roof facing north and put glass tiles facing south.?

It has big glass panels in the sides and I will use it for growing plants ETC.It is a greenhouse to me but my good friend calls it a shed who is right? Is it the Lady from over the water or me?

I never heard of a greenhouse being called a building before. Now will this greenhouse need planning permission and will it put your rateable value up x.

It is a shed – it is not made predominantly of glass or a similar material as it has a felt roof.
