You can buy a black brick-like object (It has the feeling of styrofoam but isn’t) that is used to clean grills, but it also can clean marble and leave it shiny! References : I found it at Smart & Final in the cleaning product section by the mops
I use clorox oxy magic and a kitchen sponge the abrasive side with some scrubbing i can get some pretty stubborn stains off my counters Although i would recommend trying the scrubby on a indiscrimanate part of the table to see if it scratches it before i would go to work on the top References :

I have never had a MAJOR problem of water rings on counters so… I clean my kitchen counters with windex. Have you tried that?
