I would highly advise covering the table with a pretty white tablecloth (antique lace would be beautiful, or natural linen could look crisp and modern) so that you don't ruin the marble for posterity. Who knows? You may eventually develop a liking towards the color. Even if you don't, it's not worth the risk of ruining the marble. Make sure table top is clean...also sand it off to take the smooth finish off so paint will stick better. You may not have to use all of the paint....so don't mix everything in the cans at one time.
